Tenerife – fishing from the rocks (03.02.2010)
I always like to do some fishing when I am on holiday. Tenerife is the perfect destinations for winter sunshine with temperatures around 20 C day and night.
me with a small selima
Pole fishing from the rocks with small pieces of prawn on the hook and feeding with bread as groundbait is the best method. 6 to 10 gram floats with a double hook rig, line needs to be about .20 and even then most sea fish have sharp teeth and can bite through the line. It’s great fun though the average fish size is about a pound and they really fight hard. Try it if you get a chance.
