Lough Muckno Easter 1 Festival 2014
This was the 1st of the Easter festivals held on Lough Muckno, Castleblaney, county Monahan, Ireland. 42 anglers fished on a section rotation basis over 3 days. Coming out on top by over 2 kg was venue expert Phil Jackson who put in consistently brilliant performances each day to finish with a 29,090 kg total. Second overall with 27,060 kg was Phil Walton. Cathal Hughes is hardly ever out of the frame and this festival was no exception as he finished 3rd with 26,170 kg. I just finished in the money coming 6th with 23,720 kg.
